Use business mode only when needed
Create a company when records, roles, reimbursements, billing, or accountant access need shared context.
Invite carefully
Use correct email and match role to responsibility: owner, manager, approver, payer, accountant, viewer, or staff where supported.
Switch context before editing
Active company affects entries, reimbursements, billing, reports, members, and accountant visibility.
Remove access when needed
Review members periodically and revoke/remove access when no longer required.
