Detailed guide

1

Confirm range first

Insights totals depend on the selected period. This month is not the same as lifetime position.

2

Use Financial Statements for accounting reports

Insights is a dashboard. Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet, and CA Pack belong to Financial Statements.

3

Check warnings

If report warnings exist, fix mappings before relying on exported output.

Before you finish, check this

  • Date range is correct.
  • Currency display matches base/selected currency.
  • Report warnings are handled.
  • Export contains expected sections.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Reading current month movement as lifetime profit.
  • Ignoring opening balance.
  • Exporting before fixing source/category mapping.
