Make invoice, estimate, purchase, and PDF output look professional before sharing with customers or suppliers.
How to use this
Open document settings
Go to Billing → Settings → Document Settings before creating live documents.
Set legal identity
Enter business name, address, registration ID, tax/GST details if applicable.
Set letterhead
Add logo, header, footer, colors, signature/stamp, and payment details.
Set terms
Add default notes, payment terms, bank details, and legal footer.
Preview PDF
Preview a sample document and adjust layout before sharing.

Fill Legal Identity
Set business name, address, country/jurisdiction, registration ID/type, and tax/GST details if enabled.
Configure Branding and Letterhead
Upload logo if supported, choose header/footer layout, accent color, document title style, and signature/stamp behavior.
Add payment and terms
Add bank details, UPI/payment instructions, default payment terms, warranty/return notes, and legal footer.
Set Print Defaults
Choose paper size, margins, item table columns, tax display, rounding, and signature/stamp defaults.
Inspect PDF preview
Check header, address, item table, totals, tax, payment instructions, footer, and page breaks.

- Letterhead fits on PDF.
- Business identity is correct.
- Tax/GST label and registration details are right.
- Payment terms/details are visible.
- PDF preview looks customer-ready.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Creating live invoices before document settings are set.
